Expocet was established in 1996 to act as the European Sales function for a number of UK manufacturing Companies. Since then our customer base has grown and Expocet now represents 5 UK Manufacturing Companies In Europe and the UK, with a minimum of ISO 9002-2000 certification. Expocet is involved in the following manufacturing processes and looks forward to receiving any enquiries from you.
- The production of castings in Iron (Grey and SG) by the Disa and Shell Moulding processes.
- The production of Steel and Stainless Steel castings by the Lost Wax or Investment process (production in UK and also in China)
- Manufacturing of Prototype Engine Development castings in Aluminium and Iron (including SiMo and Ni-Resist and CGI) by the high precision sand process. Also castings for Motorsport applications (F1, DTM etc.....)
- The manufacture of Locks, Emergency Exit Systems and Driver/Passenger Communication and Alarm Systems for the Railway Industry.
- The manufacture of high security locking systems for Prison cells and Police Custody suites.

We bought a house in Germany last year in a pretty village in the wine growing region of the Mosel Valley, so general hobbies take a back seat at the moment. Most of my spare time is taken up with trying to translate bills and working out plumbing and electrical estimates, but I do make time for reading, especially historical novels. |
