A. No, we are employed directly by our clients on an annual fee basis.
Q. Do you offer warehousing, stockholding or consignment arrangements?
A. In some cases, our clients offer this service.
Q. Do you offer support throughout the lifetime of a contract?
A. Yes, we get involved in commercial, quality and accounts questions throughout the contract.
Q. Do you visit potential customers?
A. Yes, we are regularly visiting our existing and potential customers in Europe.
Q. What languages does Expocet speak?
A. Between the various members of the team, we are fluent in English, French, German, Spanish and Italian.
